About The Author

The question to start with is "how did we get here, to this page." For me it is easy - I wrote a book, and I am reacquainting myself with the power contained therein. "Reacquating?" you ask? Yes, indeed. I originally wrote most of the material for Essential Oil Wisdom in the mid-90's. I printed off the several pages and took them with me as I worked with people. I spent several years doing readings in the back of bookstores, and at metaphysical fairs.

I did a few workshops where I taught people the basics for how to do readings with the oils. A couple of them integrated the work into their practices. While they did that, I returned to the corporate world, and worked a "real job" as some of my friends would say. The years went by, and the work with the oils went by the wayside. Then a friend encouraged me to write a book so that she could quote it in hers. Hmmm, talk about triggering the sleeping giant.

Last year, the book Essential Oil Wisdom made its way into the world. Sometimes, Spirit works in mysterious ways. I know that it did here. I am being reintroduced to the work, making it once again an active part of my life. (And dare I say, much more public?)

This is not only an exploration of re-inserting the wisdom of the oils into my life, it is an exploration of going more public with the information; harnessing technology to get the message out there, and thinking of ways to work with this information.

Now, that is how I got here. How did you come to this place? Whatever method brought you here, I express my gratitude, and hope that the information proves to be thought provoking, inspiring, and bringing a contribution to your life.
